‍Bill graduated from Orange Coast College in 1968. He discovered the exciting field of Real Estate when he bought a vacant lot at Canyon Lake. Bill got his license in 1969 and actually sold an 8 unit apartment building in Costa Mesa and a house in Newport Beach within his first 30 days in the business. He found his niche working for Tarbell Realtors as a manager/trainer and began his own personal investing. Along the way, he has acquired numerous properties and has overseen hundreds of residential sales. Bill continued his education and earned his broker's license in 1973. Bill also has a GRI(Graduate REALTOR Institute) Designation and a SRES(Senior's Real Estate Specialist) Designation. "I've seen so many changes in the real estate industry. The last few years it seems to be trendy for people to send letters saying they want to buy your home as-is without commissions or repairs. These letters make the process sound so simple, but in most cases, the home owners end up with much less in their pocket. I strive to help seller's get the best price and terms for their homes."
